Cancellation Policy

For reservations of fewer than 15 people, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
For groups of 15 or more, or for private charters, we require at least 30 days’ notice to issue a full refund.
In the event that we must cancel a trip due to weather conditions or mechanical issues, a full refund will be provided regardless of group size.
